At Wibbot, we believe in the quality of our AI chatbot platform. This policy outlines our commitment to customer satisfaction while maintaining a fair and sustainable business practice.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Annual Plans: If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 7 days of the initial charge if you experience technical issues that we cannot resolve.

Note: Refunds are only available for first-time purchases. Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds, but you can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • First-time purchases within 14 days (annual)
  • Technical issues preventing service use
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service not as described

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Subscription renewals (cancel before renewal)
  • Requests after 14-day period

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access until then.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we process it immediately through Paddle, our payment processor. The timeline for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

Credit/Debit Cards:

5-10 business days

PayPal:

3-5 business days

Bank Transfer:

7-14 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed by Paddle.

Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your higher-tier plan.

Example: If you're on an annual Pro plan and downgrade to Basic after 6 months, you'll continue to have Pro access for the remaining 6 months, then automatically switch to Basic on your renewal date.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you have a unique circumstance that doesn't fit our standard policy, please contact our support team. We evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.
