Please read these terms carefully before using Wibbot. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wibbot ("Service"), including our website, AI chatbot widget platform, and any related services provided by Wibbot ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Account Terms
You must be 18 years or older to use Wibbot. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. Creating accounts by automated means or under false pretenses is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Wibbot.
You may not use our service to transmit malware, spam, or engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
Your chatbot must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our AI technology and the content you provide complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused features.
For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card will be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle. Downgrading your service may cause the loss of features or capacity of your account.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. Paddle (our payment processor) handles all tax calculations and remittance as the Merchant of Record.
Service Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Service during any downtime or discontinuance of the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wibbot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain all rights to the content you create using our Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Wibbot.
Data and Privacy
We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
You retain ownership of all conversation data generated through your chatbot. We use this data only to provide analytics and improve our AI models in an anonymized format.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and cancel your subscription through your account settings.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Important Legal Notice
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Wibbot does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or reliability of any content obtained through the Service.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WIBBOT, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of your jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
